Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception

October 24, 2009 (Saturday) 16:00-
The Opening Ceremony will take place at Galleria Take-machi Dome Square, and the participants will march in the shopping mall to Wakakusa Park to join the Welcome Reception.

    16:00 Declaration of Opening
    16:01 Welcome Address by the President of the Organizer
    16:07 Welcome Address by Mayor, Oita City
    16:13 Introduction of the Honored Guest
    16:16 Oath
    16:20 Closing
  2. Parade
    16:20-16:50 at the course mentioned below
    Preceded by the Oita Prefectural Police Musical Band, the Governor of Oita Prefecture and OitaCity Mayor will lead the parade.
    [Course] The Parade starts from the Dome square to pass Aka-Renga(Red Bricks), Chuo-machi and Take-machi Shopping mall to arrive Wakakusa Park.
  3. Welcome Reception
    16:50-18:30 at Wakakusa Park
